Current travel coaches and aspiring travel coaches are required to fill out the coaching questionnaire for the 2018/2019 season to be considered for a head coach or assistant coach position. Please download the application on the SRIYHA home page and return to the Coaching Director Jason Hopkins. Any questions or submitting should be emailed to jasonhopkins@sriyha.com.

Deadline for the questionnaire is March 10th, 2017.
